инвестиционный метод оценки
Процедура оценки, при которой в качестве базы для расчета рыночной стоимости рассматриваемого актива принимается ожидаемый будущий доход или полезность. Лежащее в основе метода допущение состоит в том, что инвестор не будет платить за рассматриваемый актив больше, чем ему пришлось бы заплатить за другой актив с потоком доходов, сопоставимым по сумме, продолжительности и достоверности.
